Each coaching experience is unique. I strive to keep the sessions between 45 minutes to an hour. There are exceptional occurrences where more time is needed. I space my sessions with 30 minute blocks of time in between in the case we go over time – at no extra cost to the client.
Q. What is the purpose of having a coach?
Setting an appointment with an individual, who has been trained by an accredited coaching program, helps you identify how the patterns of your life may be preventing you from reaching your goals.
The coach generally holds space for you to create a plan of action related to overcoming your challenges, and holds you accountable to making those changes through follow-up appointments and monitoring of your progress through bench marks. Accountability is a powerful tool that can help you stay the course.
